NEWAVRO WARRANTY POLICY

At NEWAVRO, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable customer support.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, NEWAVRO products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and workmanship faults.
The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from NEWAVRO or authorized NEWAVRO sales channels.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
* Manufacturing defects
* Material defects
* Faults arising from normal intended use
* Hardware failures not caused by customer misuse
Where a valid warranty claim is approved, NEWAVRO may, at its discretion:
* Repair the product
* Replace the product
* Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not possible
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
* Accidental damage
* Water or liquid damage
* Fire, lightning, or power surge damage
* Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and discoloration
* Improper installation or use
* Abuse, misuse, negligence, or neglect
* Unauthorized repairs or modifications
* Damage caused by incompatible accessories
* Normal wear and tear
* Loss or theft of the product
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact NEWAVRO support and provide:
* Full name
* Order number or proof of purchase
* Product name
* Description of the issue
* Photographs or videos where applicable
Our support team may provide troubleshooting steps before authorizing a warranty return.
Product Inspection
Returned products may be inspected and tested by NEWAVRO before a warranty claim is approved.
If testing determines that the product is functioning normally or the fault falls outside warranty coverage, the warranty claim may be declined.
Shipping Costs
Where a warranty claim is approved, NEWAVRO may arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs where no manufacturing fault is found.
Replacement Products
Replacement products may be:
* New products
* Refurbished products of equivalent quality and functionality
* Equivalent replacement models where the original product is no longer available
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEWAVRO shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or other applicable South African laws.
