Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

NEWAVRO delivers nationwide across South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are:

* Major Cities: 1–3 Business Days
* Regional Areas: 2–4 Business Days
* Remote Areas: 3–4 Business Days

Most orders are delivered within 1–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and the size and weight of the order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking
