At NEWAVRO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

* Be in its original condition.
* Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
* Show no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

* Your order number.
* A description of the issue.
* Photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.

Upon verification, NEWAVRO may offer:

* A replacement product.
* A repair where applicable.
* A refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in resalable condition.

Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the item to NEWAVRO.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

* Products damaged through misuse or negligence.
* Products altered or modified after delivery.
* Products missing original packaging or accessories.
* Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale items where stated.
* Software, downloadable products, or digital goods where applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, NEWAVRO may offer an exchange for the same product or an equivalent replacement.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

* A defective product,
* An incorrect item supplied by NEWAVRO, or
* A product damaged during transit,

NEWAVRO will arrange collection or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or any other applicable South African law.
