These Terms and Conditions apply to the NEWAVRO website and orders placed with us. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under South African law.

- Orders
Please check your order details, delivery address and contact information before submitting an order. We will send an order confirmation after receiving it.
An order may be cancelled before acceptance if an item is unavailable or there is a clear listing or pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will process any refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Product information and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, images and availability accurately. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings or product updates. We will not intentionally substitute a different product without your agreement.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you about the available options. If we cancel the order after payment, any refund will be handled under our Refund Policy.
- Prices and charges
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). The product price and any applicable taxes or delivery charges will be shown before you complete payment.
We may update prices for future orders. If there is an obvious pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cancel the order after payment, any refund will be handled under our Refund Policy.
- Payment
Payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers offered there, which may include Mustang Pay and Stitch.
Payment details are handled by the relevant payment provider. NEWAVRO does not store full card details.
- Shipping and delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to process paid orders within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling time 0-1 business days. Estimated delivery time 2–6 business days based on customer locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances. Tracking details will be provided when available.
A flat delivery charge of R75 applies throughout South Africa and is shown at checkout before payment. Office collection in Roodepoort can be arranged. Please select local pickup at checkout if available, or contact us before ordering and wait for collection confirmation.

- Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled under our separate Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which are available on this website.
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel within 7 days after receiving the goods, subject to exclusions provided by law. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under this cooling-off right.
If goods fail to meet the quality standards required by the Consumer Protection Act, applicable legal remedies may be available within 6 months after delivery. Where the Act applies, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund, and the return is at NEWAVRO’s risk and expense.
Contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be sent by courier using the return instructions we provide. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Our Refund Policy explains the usual 2–5 business day processing aim and the applicable legal refund deadline.
- Warranties and consumer rights
Any manufacturer warranty offered with a product is additional to your rights under South African law. Warranty terms do not remove or restrict applicable consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe or defective goods.
- Website use and intellectual property
Website content, including NEWAVRO logos, images, product listings, graphics and text, belongs to NEWAVRO or its licensors unless stated otherwise. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its security or operation.
- Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy laws, including POPIA.
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to meet our obligations. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, public emergencies, power or internet disruptions, strikes or government action. This section does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
- Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights under South African consumer-protection law.
- Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date. Changes apply to future use of the website and future orders; they do not remove rights already available to you under law.
- Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. This does not prevent a consumer from using any forum or remedy available under applicable law.
