Delivery throughout South Africa

We deliver orders throughout South Africa using courier partners.

A flat delivery charge of R75 applies to deliveries throughout South Africa. The charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time and order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to process paid orders within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Handling time 0-1 business days. Estimated delivery time 2–6 business days based on customer locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances.

Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch.

Office collection

Collection from the NEWAVRO office in Roodepoort can be arranged. Please contact us before placing your order and wait for confirmation before collecting.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us to arrange the next steps. We will confirm any additional delivery charge with you before applying it.

If your parcel appears damaged or an item is missing, contact us with your order number and details so we can investigate.
